Strength Challenge: You vs. Me (1 hour)
1. Arm Wrestling Challenge (5 minutes)

A classic strength contest where the client tries to win in different positions (right arm, left arm, single or both hands).

Variations: fast matches, endurance rounds, or best of three.
2. Scissoring Resistance Challenge (5 minutes)

The client must endure the pressure of leg scissors in different positions:

Body Scissors

Head Scissors

Reverse Scissors

The goal is to see how long he can last before tapping out.
3. Lift & Carry Challenge (5 minutes)

Lifting the client in various styles to compare strength:

Fireman Carry (over the shoulders)

Piggyback (on the back)

Front Lift (in arms)

Shoulder Sit (sitting on shoulders)

Strength and stability are tested.
4. Leg Power Test (5 minutes)

Strength challenges such as:

Squatting while carrying the other.

Testing leg pressure (client tries to open legs while you keep them closed).

Holding him down using only your legs.

5. Bear Hug Challenge (5 minutes)

See who has the greater endurance in a bear hug:

The client tries to break free while you apply controlled pressure.

Time-based challenge: how long can he endure without giving up?

6. Pin & Escape Challenge (5 minutes)

The client must try to escape while being pinned down in various positions such as:

Schoolgirl Pin (sitting on his chest)

Grapevine Pin (leg immobilization)

Face Sitting Pin (total facial control)

7. Relaxing massage (15 minutes )
8. HandJob (15 minutes)
